- Co-ordination of new OCC line/plant
- Civil guide, load, and foundation plans
- Detailed engineering, for the new mill
- BOP (Balance of Plan), pipelines, steel, and tanks
- Basic data for electrification and instrumentation
- Technical co-ordination at engineering
- Civil co-ordination at engineering
- Meetings and coordination of other subcontractors such as Valmet, Kadant, GSPT
